Our philosophy is to be proactive and stop the problems before they root. By running progressive monitoring software, regular maintenance and keeping detailed records, we create a virtual IT department custom to each one of our clients.

The network support industry is a constant but changing arena. For years, an employee did the work. However, this soon gave way to consulting groups and independent contractors for cost and headcount reduction. Currently these services are slow to react and becoming more costly. Larger companies have outsourced to remote help desks (usually overseas), but the SMB market is virtually untouched and they must rely on the independent and smaller firms for support. The next change in the SMB industry is the outsourcing of support to remote help desks.
